Directional Non-Force Technique Chiropractic (D.N.F.T. ® Chiropractic) is a highly thorough and complete system of chiropractic that individually checks and treats each tissue involved as directed by your body's own innate intelligence. That means the only tissues that will be treated are the ones your body indicates need the treatment and only in the direction your body wants those tissues adjusted.

Because D.N.F.T. ® Chiropractic treats each tissue individually, the impulse delivered (also known as the adjustment) is very gentle and is not intended to pop or crack the joint (also called cavitation). Instead, the intention behind a D.N.F.T. ® Chiropractic adjustment is to use all of the involved components of the musculoskeletal system to signal the brain to improve awareness and therefore function of the area being treated.

When the brain is more aware and messaging between the affected area and the brain are improved: pain will decrease, the area will be better able to adapt to stresses, and tissue (muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc.) tone will be more optimal. This may lead to: reduced headaches, improved digestion, improved breathing, improved athletic performance, reduced inflammation, and more!
